I recently got to review a movie that I’ve been creaming my knickers over for a while now and guess what? IT DIDN’T DISAPPOINT.
The movie is Sexing the Transman XXX; the latest brain child of XXX performer, educator and all round awesome, buff as hell guy, Buck Angel.
Sexing the Transman XXX consists of 5 scenes, all featuring trans guys, four of which have the formula of an interview, followed by a solo masturbation scene with the last being a hardcore sex scene (featuring Uncle Buck himself).
It’s simple but genius. The menus are basic. The filming and editing is mostly one shot (all done by Buck himself). Buck interviews the performers from behind the subject but it has more of a ‘chat’ feeling, than an interview. I felt like I was listening in on awesome, personal conversations. It was very intimate.
I don’t normally do this with reviews but I’ve done a scene by scene for this film because there were a lot of things I wanted to direct quote and I also wanted to shine a light on each of the performers because they were all amazing.
So here we go…
The first scene begins with Sean; a punky, buff guy who talks about how long he’s been going through his transition, what kind of workouts he does to maintain his body, his body art and about what it was like to present as a female exotic dancer.
